Add Patient Service

In the sidebar of your laboratory, go to Patients.

Laboratory users have access to Patients where all patients are listed.

Search for the specific patient and click on the corresponding icon under the "Create Patient Service" column.

Create

This allows the laboratory user to create a patient service under the selected patient.

Basic Create

With Basic Create, the laboratory user is only required to select the laboratory service and its collected date and time.

Default Create

With the default Create, the laboratory user is required to select the laboratory service, its collected datetime, requesting client, override specimen type, and referrer.
