Dispatch off-site users to inform the lab that a test batch has left the site and is on its way to the laboratory.​

Receive‌

Receive this is for med tech in the main sites confirming that the test batch has safely arrived.​

Reject

Reject is used if the transport batches have been damaged, contaminated or any other reasons for the batch to be invalid. Doing this will reject the batch and automatically informed the patients that they need to take another test.
