Update Patient Information

General

The General tab shows the information of the patient. These include:‌

• Patient Profile Photo

• Full Name

• Birthday

• Email

• Occupation

• Emergency Contact

• Nationality

• Civil Status

• Sex

• OFW

• PWD

• Notes‌

ID‌

The government ID patients have placed in their registration. Encoders can include additional patient IDs in case a need arises for it by clicking the “+” icon.​

Addresses

Addresses of the patient that includes both current and permanent residences.​

Phone Number‌

Phone Number of the patient, multiple numbers can be saved.​

Patient Services‌

Patient services shows all the laboratory services the patient had undergone with the laboratory.​

Medical Records‌

The log of the patient’s Medical Records.‌

Clinical Record

The log of the patient’s Clinical Record.‌

Exposures‌

The log of the patient’s exposure to SARS-COV2 cases.​

Logs‌

Logs shows any lab users who have accessed the patient records, it shows the following activity:‌

• Updates

• Test Generated

• Document Generated

• Laboratory Created

It also tracks if patients have:‌

• Received the Email

• Opened the Email

• Downloaded the documents sent

Clicking on “View Changes” tab shows the exact changes made to a record.
