Retrieval Code

Upon filling up the Electronic Patient Registration Form, the patient will be redirected to another page where they receive their retrieval code and QR code. These are also sent via their email.

This unique code will be used to retrieve the patient's information from the Dashlabs system.

The same information is sent to the patient's registered email address.
