Create Patients
In creating patients you can either create individually or create using import
In the sidebar of your laboratory, go to Patients
There is 2 ways to create a patient from Site Operations:
1. Create Patient
Patients created through the most basic information that is required.
2. Create Patients through Import
Patients created through import is recommended for laboratories that only needs basic information and prefer to add patients in bulk.
3. Delete Patients
