Download Routing Slips

A slip of paper that specifies a route for a document to circulate

Routing slips contains the information of the patient and all the services/test that will be conducted to the patient. This also includes patient declaration and data privacy consent.

To prepare the routing slips make sure that the laboratory services was already set up and all the patients was created.

To download routing slips go to Documents in the sidebar, mark all the patients that you need to and you can download routing slips in a pdf format.
