Test results of patients are encoded here.

Patient Services Result Input

Machine integrated machines are automatically encoded. However, for other test processes, the results need to be manually encoded.

The list of registered laboratory patients are found here with the laboratory service that they availed from the laboratory.

Click the icon next to the laboratory service to encode the test result of a particular patient.

Encode the patient’s test result on the fields that would show up on the screen.

Clicking on “Submit” will submit the results but will not be declared as complete. This will allow encoders/pathologists to do another final review when confirmation screen pops up.

Clicking “Submit and Complete” will automatically send confirmation emails to the patient and mark the test as Complete. This will bypass the confirmation screen and prevent a final review for encoders or pathologists.
