Order Items

The purchased items of each patient from the laboratory’s shop are all found in this section.

Order Items

All of the purchased laboratory products by each patient are logged to this section.

The laboratory user may filter the list depending on the categories:

• All;

• Paid;

• Unpaid;

• Review;

• Refunded;

• Consumed;

• Expired.

View Specific Order Item

The laboratory user is able to view a specific order by clicking the "View" icon beside the Created At datetime of the order.

Viewed Specific Order Item

The laboratory user is able to view and update a specific order item after clicking the "View" icon. The laboratory user is able to read the ordered product, ordered appointment date, its patient, its patient service barcode, its assigned laboratory branch, its delivery address, its payment status, its notes, its travel quarantine details, its patient records and its order summary. The laboratory user is able to resend an email or download the order summary by clicking on the "Resend Email" button or "Download Order Summary' button.
