Retrieve Patient

This feature allows encoders to pull up the patient information of those who already have a barcode or retrieval code.

The Retrieve Patient allows laboratory users to find patient records through their:

  • Email / last name

  • Retrieval code

Retrieve Patient

Use the “email/ last name” the patient registered with to retrieve the patient profile from the Dashlabs.ai system.

The “retrieval code” is the same one patients received after registration on the laboratory’s electronic patient registration form.

When both information have been filled in, click on “Retrieve” to pull out the patient’s data.

A prompt at the bottom-right side of the screen will pop-up if the provided email and retrieval code are from a laboratory patient.

Once the patient is successfully retrieved, the laboratory user will be able to access the following information:

  • QR

  • General

  • ID

  • Addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Patient Services

  • Medical Records

  • Clinical Records

  • Exposures

  • Logs

  • Patient Duplicates

QR

Laboratory users can scan the patient’s QR code to retrieve the patient’s information.

General

The General tab shows the information of the patient. These include:

  • Patient Profile Photo

  • Full Name

  • Birthday

  • Email

  • Occupation

  • Emergency Contact

  • Nationality

  • Civil Status

  • Sex

  • OFW

  • PWD

  • Notes

The government ID patients have placed in their registration. Encoders can include additional patient IDs in case a need arises for it by clicking the “+” icon. Addresses of the patient that includes both current and permanent residences.

Phone Number of the patient, multiple numbers can be saved.

Patient services shows all the laboratory services the patient had undergone with the laboratory.

The log of the patient’s Medical Records.

The log of the patient’s Clinical Record.

The log of the patient’s exposure to SARS-COV2 cases.

Logs

Logs shows any lab users who have accessed the patient records, it shows the following activity:

  • Updates

  • Test Generated

  • Document Generated

  • Laboratory Created

It also tracks if patients have:

  • Received the Email

  • Opened the Email

  • Downloaded the documents sent

Clicking on “View Changes” tab shows the exact changes made to a record.

Patient Duplicate shows any other patients sharing the same name and contact details. Here encoders have the option to merge, delete or ignore any duplicates.
