Patient Encoding Process

For Data Input, encoders need to follow this process:

1. Create Patients - Encoders have the option to add the patients on their own or have them answer the electronic patient registration form. Take note of the copy of the retrieval code, qr code, and patient email for patient information retrieval.

2. Retrieve Patients - Retrieve the patient information and make modifications if there are fields that needs to be updated

3. Email "Create Patients" information - Email the updated patient's profile to the registered patient email.
