Store Terminals
What are Store Terminal?
Store Terminal is the central hub for all of your store's transactions. It lets you look up Name of terminal, Sales tax jurisdiction, Ledgers, Templates, Store orders and Total processed or collect payment for purchases.
Store Terminal separates orders in store per terminal so that generation of csv or pdf file can be made per terminal.
Where to find Store Terminal?
Go to your store then go to store terminals, all terminals should be available.
All Store Terminals are now accessible through the side bar.
Add Store Terminal
We can create multiple terminals per store and per branch
Update
If you wish to change details about your specific Terminal, go to its page and find the relevant section for the settings you wish to change. You may update the Terminal Name, add Store terminal ledgers.
Store terminal ledger will allow you see the Ledger on your Cashier/Terminal
Store Orders (Specific Terminal)
Terminal store orders displays the orders from the specific terminal.
Download the sales report/ orders
It will allow the user to generate a sales report/ orders from the specific terminal.
Select the desired date

View the order
It allows the user to view the specific order and generate their documents such as order receipt, BIR receipt (if integrated to BIR), compact receipt and print barcode.

Store Terminal Fields
It allows the user to input the following:
COMPANY NAME
COMPANY ADDRESS
COMPANY TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
MACHINE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
SERIAL NUMBER
PERMIT TO USE NUMBER
PERMIT TO USE ISSUE DATE
PERMIT TO USE VALID UNTIL
The created fields will be displayed on Order receipts
