Link Patient Profile

Important notes: Laboratories Patient Portal is disabled by default. Ask for your RM/Viber Support Team to enable Patient Portal in your laboratory.

Steps:

  1. Login to Dashlabs

  2. On the Dashlabs Homepage, click Link Patient

  3. Input your email and retrieval code, your Dashlabs account should match the existing email in patient record.

  4. Click Create

Download Document

Steps:

  1. On the Dashlabs Homepage, click your Patient Profile

  2. Beside the laboratory test/service, click the arrow down icon to download the chosen document. If the laboratory test/service has no download button that means that the test/service result is not yet available.

  3. This will direct you to a new page to preview the document and has the option to download the PDF format of the results/document.

Steps:

  1. On the Dashlabs Homepage, click the laboratory that holds the linked patient record

  2. On the sidebar, go to Patient Table

  3. On the search bar, look for your patient record using your retrieval code or email

  4. Click the Patient Record

  5. Go to Users and delete the existing user email

  6. Click Update
