Patients Services

In the sidebar of your laboratory, go to Patient Services

Laboratory users have access to Patients Services where all the laboratory services a patient has availed or undergone is listed.

Patient Services Table

This is the table that shows all patient services that’s been registered in the system.

The cone icon allows you to filter the patient service table

The 3 bar icon allows to show/hide columns in patient services

The arrow-down icon allows you to download the patient service table in csv format

The search bar allows you to search patient services.

Click the “expand icon” next to the laboratory services to see a detailed document of the patient’s availed service that includes:

  • General Information

  • Laboratory Actions

  • Partner Access

  • Manage patient service data

  • Barcode

  • Notes

General Information

Patient information may be edited by laboratory users.:

  • Update

    • Collected at

    • Released at

    • Received at

    • Disposed at

    • Tag

    • Source category

    • Referrer

  • Service Field Settings

  • Add examining physician

Laboratory Actions

Patient test results are encoded in this section.

  • Results

  • Public Results

  • Documents

  • Inventory

  • Reject Patient Service

Results

Populate the fields based on the results of the patient. It is optional to fill out all the fields as you can submit the results without completing it.

There will be a warning sign and description that it exceeded the normal value of the test/service field.

Clicking on “Submit” will submit the results but will not be declared as complete. This will allow encoders/pathologists to do another final review when confirmation screen pops up.

Clicking “Submit and Complete” will automatically send confirmation emails to the patient and mark the test as complete. This will bypass the confirmation screen and prevent a final review for encoders or pathologists.

Clicking on “Preview” will allow you to view the document beforehand.

Click on the document.

Click on “Signatories” to add the signature on the document.

Select and Submit the Medical Technologist or Doctor to appear on the document

After submitting, the selected user would be listed as one of the current signatories that would appear on the document.

Documents

The list of related documents to the test administered to the patients are listed here.

Preview the document to see the changes in the results and signatory.

Downloading PDF Document would allow you to save the PDF File in your device.

Click "Send to patient" to email the results to the patient

Partner Access

This allows the patient services to have access to our laboratory partners, branches and clients.

Manage patient service data

This allows the user to manage the patient service through auditing or deleting the service.

Audit Logs shows the status of the patient service, these include:

  • Service Created

  • Updated Results

  • Completed

Send Logs shows the status of the patient service, these include:

  • Document Generated Success

  • Email Send Attempt

  • Email Delivered

  • Email Processed

  • Email Opened

Delete The Delete section is where the laboratory user deletes patient’s specimen.

Barcode

This section is where you can print and preview the specimen's barcode

Notes

This section is where Laboratory users can communicate with each other and keep track of the specimen status.
